Earning a college degree in Los Alamitos is now a reality. Columbia College-Los Alamitos, one of 27 campuses nationwide, is located on the Joint Forces Training Base-Los Alamitos, hosted by the California Army National Guard. Since 1997 courses have been open to civilians and military alike, and over 70 associate's and bachelor's degrees have been awarded students at this campus. High quality faculty, small evening classes, personalized service, low costs, and convenient, safe location characterize Columbia College. Both transfer courses and military credit are welcome.
